Oceans of Motion
Joan Izzo is the creator of the acclaimed dance curriculum, "Oceans of Motion." The comprehensive, multi-level program has met with extraordinary success because it is fun, technically challenging, and developmentally-appropriate for each age level. The goals of the "Oceans of Motion" program include: · Promoting individual creativity, self-confidence, and self-discipline · Refining gross motor skills · Increasing strength, flexibility, spontaneity of movement, and poise · Enhancing musical awareness · Improving attention span through the use of rote memorization and sequential learning |
